For over 11 years, HA Constructions has delivered luxury custom homes, architecturally designed builds, and premium renovations across Sydney — earning our reputation not through advertising, but through the work itself and the clients who recommend us.
Founded by Habib Assi in 2015, HA Constructions was built on a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to creating beautiful homes designed to last.
With a hands-on approach to every project, Habib works closely with each client from the initial conversation through to completion. Honest communication, thoughtful planning and attention to detail are at the heart of every HA Constructions home.
Over the years, the business has grown through the trust of our clients, with many returning for future projects or recommending us to family and friends. These lasting relationships reflect the care and pride we bring to every project.
Today, HA Constructions creates luxury custom homes, architecturally designed residences, renovations, extensions and second-storey additions across Sydney. Every project is delivered with the same personal service, skilled workmanship and uncompromising attention to detail.
We bring together traditional building craft and contemporary construction techniques to deliver homes built to a standard we're proud to put our name on. Outstanding attention to detail and premium workmanship aren't aspirations for us — they're the minimum we hold ourselves to on every project.
We work closely with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to ensure the vision for your home is realised exactly as it was designed. Our reputation with Sydney's architectural community has been built over 11 years — and we treat those relationships with the same care and respect we give our clients.
A custom home is one of the most significant decisions a family makes. We take that seriously. From your initial free consultation through to the day we hand over the keys, you receive personalised service and direct access to the people accountable for your project. Our goal is simple: deliver a result that exceeds your expectations and a process that makes you glad you chose us.
HA Constructions proudly delivers luxury custom homes, renovations and extensions throughout Greater Sydney. From the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West to the North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, South West Sydney, Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire, Canterbury-Bankstown and Parramatta, we bring the same commitment to quality craftsmanship and personal service to every project.
Since 2015, Sydney homeowners have trusted us to create beautifully built homes designed for the way they live.
